Russ Hadfield
Russ Hadfield is a degree qualified, experienced and commercially orientated Programme & Project Manager who has gained over 15 years specialist experience of independently driving through full bespoke system life cycle programmes and projects within a wide variety of business sectors. Russ has managed multiple business critical, high profile projects and programmes for AstraZeneca, Network Rail, Capital One Bank, Total Home Entertainment, Consort Securities and Mercedes Benz.
During this time Russ has developed key skills in the following project management methodologies: Prince II, PMI, Lean/Agile, RUP, Waterfall & Extreme and is therefore able to adapt the recognised 'best practices' from each methodology and combine them with considerable experience in order to provide practical, value added training and consultancy.
Nick Hollis Nick Hollis is degree qualified with the over 15 years practical project and programme management experience within the investment banking sector. During this time Nick has delivered challenging projects and programmes for global banking brands from the UK, North America and Australia which have included: RBS, Egg Bank, Westpac, Capital One Bank and J P Morgan Chase Bank.
During this time Nick has led consultancy to introduce value added & practical Project Management (Prince II, Lean/Agile), Programme Management (MSP) and the newly emerging discipline of Portfolio Management into a number of high profile clients. This has enabled Nick's clients to introduce business focused practical project and programme management standards in order to help them maximise the return of their investment.
Mike Smith
Mike Smith is degree qualified and brings over 20 years experience of managing complex projects and programmes to the Doctrina U2 team. During this time Mike has developed considerable expertise in both project and programme management within a wide variety of business sectors.
Mike has previously acted as a project and programme management consultant for Capital One Bank, Barclays Bank, MBNA, International Power Corp., The National Grid, The London Underground and The Inland Revenue.
Steve Brown
Steve Brown has over 15 years experience of complex business change project delivery and has gained expertise in all of the major project management methodologies. This expertise and experience gives Iain the ability to adapt the recognised best practices and combine them with considerable experience in order to provide practical, value added training and consultancy.
Steve has managed multiple business critical, high profile projects and programmes for ITnet, Aesica Pharmaceuticals and Englehard Metals.
